Diversified Search Creates Corporate Board of Directors Advisory Group

July 12, 2012 – Diversified Search has created a corporate board of directors advisory group to work with the firm's established board practice area and explore the complex issues confronting boards with an emphasis in the area of diversity. Chairman, founder and CEO Judith M. von Seldeneck, said: "Diversified has developed a uniquely successful board search process which we believe will be broadened through dialogue with the distinguished individuals on our newly appointed corporate board of directors advisory group." Members of the Diversified Advisory Group are: Rosalind G. Brewer, president and CEO of Sam's Club; Gilbert F. Casellas, non-executive chairman of OMNITRU; Calvin Darden, Sr., former (retired) SVP of operations at UPS; Jim Lawrence, chairman of Rothschild North America; and Paula Stern, founder of The Stern Group, Inc.
