DirectEmployers Partners With TalentCircles

November 6, 2012 – DirectEmployers Association has partnered with TalentCircles, a candidate engagement and management platform. Through this platform, members of the Association will be able to create a branded talent network while also providing an enhanced candidate experience. The new technology partnership will enable DirectEmployers members to add a private talent network to their new or existing .JOBS Microsites. While using this platform, recruiters can manage both active and passive candidates as they wish and interact with them via voice, video, webinars, chat, email and announcements. Members who opt to use the talent network will also have access to analytics and customer reporting features. “Without talent networks, people who apply for jobs feel as though their resumes are being lost somewhere in the shuffle. What we are now providing members with is an evolved talent management network that instantly improves engagement,” said Bill Warren, executive director, DirectEmployers Association.
