Digby Morgan Adds to Executive Board

August 24, 2009 – Digby Morgan, a U.K. headquartered specialist HR search and selection consultancy, has promoted Nicola Grimshaw to its executive board. Ms. Grimshaw, who joined the company in 2005, is based in the Digby Morgan’s London head office and is responsible for running the commerce, public sector and executive search teams in addition to overseeing the company’s Thames Valley offices. “Nicola has proved a huge asset to the company over the last few years and has played a key role in our significant growth over this period. She’s a consummate professional and I’m thrilled that she is joining the executive team,” said John Maxted, founder and CEO. Prior to joining Digby Morgan, Ms. Grimshaw spent nine years with the Michael Page Group, both in the U.K. and Australia, and, immediately before joining Digby Morgan, was a director within Michael Page Finance in London.
