DHR Names EVP in Phoenix Office

February 27, 2011 – DHR International has hired Mike Paddock as executive vice president in the firm’s Phoenix office. Mr. Paddock leads engagements to recruit senior-level executives in general management, global supply chain, procurement, sales, technical operations, and human resources. His clients have ranged in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, electronics, food processing, distribution and durable goods manufacturing. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Paddock was corporate vice president of human resources at Hollingsworth & Vose Company, a privately-held, global leader in specialty filtration media.
