DHR Grows Staff In India

January 23, 2013 – DHR International has named Joylyn Largo-Afonso as executive vice president in the firm’s technology, telecom, and professional services practice in India. She is based in the firm’s Mumbai office. Ms. Largo-Afonso began her career with HSBC Mumbai and had a brief stint with Coca-Cola, before joining Korn/Ferry International in India in 1997, where she worked for the last 15 years. During the first three years with Korn/Ferry, she has worked on assignments across verticals including industrial, healthcare, consumer, and information technology. With an increasing focus on alignment to practices, Ms. Largo-Afonso grew to be a core member of the global technology markets for Korn/Ferry India. Additionally, for the last two years, she led Korn/Ferry Human Resources (HR) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in India, helping all practice groups with thought leadership and in executing key HR Leadership mandates.
