DHR Expands Chicago Office

March 30, 2010 – Executive search firm DHR International appointed Peter Gomez as executive vice president and Susan Medina as executive vice president and diversity practice group leader. Both will be based in the firm’s Chicago office. Throughout his search career, Mr. Gomez has conducted executive search assignments across multiple industries. His client base has included Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations within public, private and private equity owned organizations. For over 12 years Ms. Medina has been a leader within the diversity and inclusion space. She has focused on helping clients assess their diversity needs and can provide an objective assessment of a company’s ability to attract and retain diverse candidates. Mr. Gomez and Ms. Medina were previously co-founders of LatinoExecs, Inc. an organization focused on connecting clients with Latino executives within the Fortune 1000. Before co-founding LatinoExecs Inc., Mr. Gomez served as a principal at David Gomez & Associates; Ms. Medina was previously a group director there.
