Demand for Multilingual Recruitment Rising

March 22, 2011 – Despite unemployment figures rising across the U.K. and Europe after the “European Recession” in 2009, the demand for multilingual recruitment is still thriving with U.K. employers according to Top Language Jobs. In line with increased globalization, many companies with their head office in the U.K. have started trading in various geographical locations bringing many challenges including speaking to their worldwide based customers and clients in their own language. As a result, many companies in the U.K. are employing bilingual and multilingual professionals year on year that would help serve the needs of trading in international markets. A majority of the vacancies posted in 2010 by U.K. companies for language professionals have been looking for German, French, Italian and Dutch speaking professionals proving candidates with these language skills to be most in demand for the multilingual job market in the U.K.
