CTPartners Posts Placement Rate of 78 Percent

March 24, 2010 – CTPartners has announced that its audited search placement rate for the year ending December 31, 2009 was 78 percent. In addition, the average number of days to placement in 2009 was 124, down 8 days from 2008’s average of 132. Ninety percent of 2009 search assignments were completed in 98 days, down from 107 in 2008. “Throughout 2009, we remained committed to each client and to every assignment we began. In the second half of 2009, we saw a tremendous uptrend as our clients began top grading and hiring talent to expand their businesses,” said Brian Sullivan, CEO.
