CTPartners Names Co-Leaders Of Industrial Practice

October 18, 2013 – CTPartners has added Jim Aslaksen and Andy Talkington as vice chairmen and co-leaders of the firm's industrial practice. Mr. Aslaksen will be based in Chicago and Mr. Talkington in Houston. Mr. Aslaksen joins CTPartners from Korn/Ferry International, where he was the chemicals' sector co-global leader. He brings over 20 years of recruiting experience. Mr. Talkington has spent more than 16 years recruiting board directors, president/CEO and C-suite executives in the industrial field. He also joins from Korn/Ferry where he was the co-global sector leader, chemicals.
