CTPartners’ Jeremy Zeman Joins Korn Ferry

March 17, 2015 – Korn Ferry has named Jeremy Zeman to the firm’s financial services practice. Mr. Zeman joins from CTPartners where he spent the last two years as a partner serving commercial and consumer banking & finance, mortgage banking, private equity, asset management and wealth management clients. Mr. Zeman has completed general management leadership searches, including C-suite and senior-level assignments for diversified financial institutions across a number of functional areas, including risk, credit, finance, operations, technology and marketing. Mr. Zeman’s previous recruiting stints include those at Heidrick & Struggles, DHR International, and Hudson Highland Group. He began his search career 15 years ago as a research associate with Korn Ferry. Mr. Zeman joins a growing list of departures from CTPartners heading to larger rivals; last week Daniel Kaplan left the firm to join Heidrick & Struggles as a co-managing partner of that firm’s chief human resources officer (CHRO) practice while Ernie Brittingham left to pursue opportunities at Russell Reynolds Associates.
