CTPartners Fills Board Post for Tollgrade Communications

June 25, 2009 – CTPartners has placed Edward H. Kennedy as a board director at Tollgrade Communications, Inc. Currently, Mr. Kennedy is president, chairman and CEO of Rivulet Communications, a medical video networking company. He formerly served as the CEO, president and co-founder of Ocular Networks, a provider of next generation optical networking technologies, which was acquired by Tellabs, Inc. in 2002 for $355 million. Mr. Kennedy currently serves on the boards of Hatteras Networks and Imagine Communications.
