CTPartners Appoints Head of HR

August 4, 2010 – CTPartners has appointed Debbie Kemp as vice president of human resources. Ms. Kemp will be responsible for streamlining internal recruiting, developing in-house talent, and maintaining a consistent evaluation process for performance reviews and promotions within the firm. She will also have responsibility for leading the office management team in New York. Ms. Kemp has more than 20 years of experience across a wide spectrum of HR management functions that include talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training and employee relations. She spent a majority of her career at Goldman Sachs working throughout various aspects of HR. In 2008, she was recruited to Heidrick & Struggles as North America VP of HR responsible for managing the company's human resources information system and talent.
