Cross Country Healthcare Adds Former SFN Group Exec

March 22, 2013 – Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. has announced that William J. Grubbs will become president and chief operating officer. Joseph A. Boshart will remain CEO of Cross Country Healthcare until he retires in July 2013. At that time, Mr. Grubbs will become CEO. Mr. Grubbs was EVP and COO of TrueBlue, Inc., a staffing company, from October 2012 through March 2013. From 2005 through 2011, Mr. Grubbs held various senior executive positions, including COO, with SFN Group, Inc., a staffing company formerly known as Spherion Corporation. “Bill is a seasoned executive in the staffing industry and his operational experience will prove very valuable in Cross Country's future development and the successful execution of our growth strategy. We are very glad to have him on board,” said Mr. Boshart.
