Crist|Kolder to Lead CFO Search for Avnet

April 19, 2012 – Executive search firm Crist/Kolder Associates has been retained by Avnet to lead in its search for a new chief financial officer. Ray Sadowski, the company’s CFO for the past 19 years, has notified the company of his intent to retire.
