CPS Human Resources Services Selects Iscopia’s Platform

July 16, 2009 – Iscopia Software (Iscopia), a Montreal-based assessment technology developer, has signed an agreement with CPS Human Resources Services (CPS), a California-based public agency providing services to the public and nonprofit sectors.
