In previous roles, as chief digital and information officer at Doctor Care Anywhere, he boosted consultation capacity by 30 percent and secured class 1 medical device certification, earning industry recognition for telehealth excellence. Prior to that, at Bupa UK, he led a 150-strong team, delivering a seamless digital healthcare platform and leveraging advanced analytics to drive significant revenue growth. His extensive career also includes leadership roles such as chief operating officer at Sanitas (part of the Bupa Group), IT director at Correos (Royal Spanish Mail), and director of digital channels at Santander Bank, where he consistently aligned digital solutions with business objectives, optimized IT processes, and fostered innovation.
