Corporate Resource Services Acquires Alar Staffing

February 17, 2014 – Corporate Resource Services, Inc. has acquired Alar Staffing. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. “The Alar Staffing client base fits nicely into our existing business throughout our national footprint,” said John P. Messina, chief executive officer for Corporate Resource Services. “Alar has three locations that generate over $30 million in business and brings CRS marquee customers that are nationally-recognized brands. CRS will leverage these relationships throughout our 244 locations and create additional profits for the corporation.”
