Cornerstone OnDemand Selected by Save the Children

February 2, 2011 – Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. reports that global non-profit Save the Children is using Cornerstone’s talent management software solution to better engage its employees. Cornerstone says that automating key workforce management processes for learning management, employee performance management and onboarding will help Save the Children ensure that its people have the skills and competencies to drive organizational objectives, as well as be more proactive in identifying and developing future leaders. “Using Cornerstone’s software is helping us ensure that our most valuable assets, our team members, are ready to work effectively in communities where we help children and families help themselves,” said Justin Birtwell, deputy director of global management development for Save the Children.
