Cook Associates Places CFO at Wellmark

May 5, 2011 – Chicago-based Cook Associates Executive Search has placed David Brown as CFO and treasurer of Wellmark, Inc., a mutual insurance company owned by its policyholders. Mr. Brown joins Wellmark from Capital One Financial Corp., where he served most recently as CFO – Domestic Credit Card. The search was led by Kevin Parker, managing director and head of the firm’s financial services and insurance practice. Cook Associates is a retained executive search and M&A advisory services firm.
