June 24, 2024 – Irvine, CA-based executive search firm Conexus has launch of its launched a new advisory practice. The addition of the new advisory practice demonstrates the firm’s commitment to serving the “office of the CFO” for private equity-backed and public companies across Southern California. “Comprised of Big Four CPAs with technical and operational expertise in accounting and finance, the Conexus Advisory practice is equipped to manage post-acquisition system and business process optimization, technical pronouncement research and analysis, comprehensive transaction support, restatement assistance, and IPO readiness,” the search firm said.

At the end of last year, Conexus acquired Logis, a recruiting firm based in Irvine, CA. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
