CIPFA Opens Finance and HR Recruitment Business
April 26, 2011 – The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA) has created a new division to provide permanent finance staff at all levels, as well as interim HR professionals. CIPFA Recruitment Services will offer support at every stage of the recruitment process. Key features of the new permanent division include campaign management, search and selection, bespoke assessments, career development and coaching. Gill Kelly, associate director of CIPFA Recruitment Services, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer a permanent division and HR practice. As the public sector changes, so do we; now, we can provide a total service as CIPFA Recruitment Services.” CIPFA is the professional body for people in public finance with more than 14,000 members.
