Christenson Advisory Services Names Principal in L.A.

May 13, 2015 – Christenson Advisory Services (CA), a full service consultancy providing executive search, compensation, financial advisory and management consulting services to the global real estate industry, has named Kara Sugimoto as a principal in its Los Angeles office.

Ms. Sugimoto and her team will lead CA's West Coast executive search practice. She brings more than two decades of commercial real estate and executive search experience and has completed hundreds of executive and senior level search engagements for a wide range of public and private real estate firms.

Ms. Sugimoto most recently founded Origin Advisors, Inc., a boutique search firm that provides customized human capital consulting to the real estate industry. Before that she developed and executed senior- and executive-level searches on the West Coast as a senior principal with Rhodes Associates. She previously was a director with Ferguson Partners, Ltd, where she specialized in mid- to executive-level searches across the western U.S.
