June 13, 2022 – To address the increasing recruiting challenges facing high growth healthcare companies, Rowayton, Conn-based executive search firm Chasm Partners has launched ChasmTeam, a new division that provides outsourced recruiting solutions for positions across all levels and functions. “The majority of CEOs leading high growth companies in the digital health and healthcare services space lack the needed in-house recruiting capacity, processes or specialization to successfully execute their hiring plan,” said managing partner Matt Dumas. “ChasmTeam has been developed and refined with multiple clients over the past five years, serving as the outsourced recruiting function that helps these clients achieve scale during times of hypergrowth.”
Leveraging its executive recruiting expertise in healthcare technology and services, Chasm Partners created ChasmTeam to support the rapid hiring needs of VC and private equity backed clients. As a new division, ChasmTeam complements the executive search practice of Chasm Partners by utilizing a proprietary delivery methodology and technology to place new hires across all levels and job functions within healthcare. Yates Baker, a veteran from the RPO space, will serve as the general manager and partner leading the new ChasmTeam division.

Mr. Baker has 15 years providing scalable talent solutions to high growth companies within healthcare and life sciences. He has expertise in the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable recruitment process outsourcing solutions, recruitment technology strategy, workforce planning and organizational development, employment branding, as well as design thinking. His career has been dedicated to healthcare and life sciences having worked with organizations like Eli Lilly and Company, Parexel, CVS/Aetna, and United Healthcare. Mr. Baker works with his clients on large resourcing projects, aligning appropriate long-term strategy that incorporates organizational design, recruitment technology, and employment branding.
Prior to joining Chasm, Mr. Baker was vice president of client solutions at Sevenstep, a pure play RPO provider offering talent solutions, employer branding, and advisory services to middle market and F500 clients across the globe. Previous to Sevenstep, he held various executive roles at KellyOCG and IBM Kenexa in RPO delivery, solution design, and sales.

Kristy Lindquist is co-founder and partner. She has over 20 years’ experience in turnarounds-operations, marketing, and sales. Her expertise is in leadership, organizational development, and delivering P&L results. As an international business leader throughout her career, Ms. Lindquist evolved as an accomplished leader and management consultant following eight years at Procter & Gamble. While at P&G, she managed the P/L and growth strategies of several global brands in Western Europe and Southeast Asia, with particular focus on consumer health. She also led her organization through the Thai currency crisis. Subsequently, she took on leadership roles as chief operating officer of Axicorp Pharma and chief purchasing officer of ACA Mueller, both of which were privately held European pharmaceutical distribution companies based in Germany.
