Charles Aris Executive Search Opens New Office in Washington, D.C.

October 13, 2021 – Greensboro, NC-based executive search firm Charles Aris Executive Search has opened a new office in Washington, D.C. The firm was prepared for the expansion in 2020, but the pandemic put the plans on hold until now. The office will allow the search firm to strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish connections with new organizations. “The opening of the D.C. office is also a key step toward the firm’s long-term growth objectives,” the firm said. “The decision to expand the firm’s presence into the D.C. market is part of a long-term strategy for growth,” said Allen Oakley, chief operating officer. “The exceptional team members we currently have in place in the city will serve as the foundation for leadership and further expansion. The D.C. market provides a wealth of diverse talent from prestigious colleges and universities which will assist in the firm’s internal staffing needs.”

Currently staffed by senior practice leader TJ Deal, marketing associate Anabella Berti and marketing manager Sydney Olszewski, the firm has plans to expand the D.C. team and is actively recruiting new talent. Mr. Deal is a senior practice leader with a functional focus on strategy and corporate development.
