March 25, 2015 – ChampionScott Partners has placed David A. Gagne as executive vice president & general manager of Advanced Informatics and MedHub, both Ascend Learning Companies. Mr. Gagne joins the company from Total Logistics, a provider of logistics, transportation and technology services, where he was senior vice president.
