Ceridian Releases Hire ACT Incentives Estimator

May 5, 2010 – Ceridian Corporation, a provider of managed HR, employee benefits administration, tax filing and payroll outsourcing solutions, has released its HIRE Act Incentives Estimator. The Estimator is a PDF-based calculator that can be used by employers to help determine potential tax benefits available to them under the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act of 2010. “The format of our calculator was designed to be comprehensive and flexible,” said Keith Strodtman, senior vice president and general manager, Ceridian HRO. “Users can complete it online or download the tool and save it in a convenient location for future reference and use.” After completing five simple fields of information, Ceridian's Estimator automatically provides the user with several detailed tax saving breakdowns for the 2010 Social Security Tax Exemption for Hiring, and the 2011 Business Tax Credit for 52-Week Retention.
