CareerBuilder Purchases EMSI

September 13, 2012 – CareerBuilder has inked a deal to purchase Economic Modeling Specialists Intl. (EMSI), an economic software firm that specializes in employment data and labor market analysis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
