Caldwell Posts 3.2 Percent Increase in Q3 Revenues

July 10, 2026 – Caldwell posted third-quarter revenues of $28.8 million (Canadian), an increase of 3.2 percent from $27.9 million a year ago. Consolidated professional fees rose three percent to $28.6 million, while operating profit increased 34 percent to $2.5 million from $1.8 million. Net earnings after tax climbed to $1.6 million from $841,000 in the prior-year period.

“Our third quarter results reflect continued growth in consolidated revenue and improved profitability,” said Chris Beck, CEO. “Professional fees increased three percent ear over year to $28.6 million, while operating profit increased 34 percent to $2.5 million and net earnings rose to $1.6 million.”

For the first nine months of fiscal 2026, Caldwell reported revenues of $85.4 million, up 17.9 percent from $72.4 million during the same period last year. Professional fees increased 18 percent to $84.7 million, while operating profit more than tripled to $4.1 million from $1.2 million. Net earnings after tax reached $2.2 million, compared with $1.1 million a year earlier.

“For the first nine months of fiscal 2026, professional fees increased 18 precent and operating profit more than tripled, reflecting the strength of our client relationships, the quality of our team and continued discipline in managing our cost structure,” Mr. Beck said.

Mr. Beck noted that hiring activity moderated toward the end of the quarter compared with stronger market conditions a year earlier. “Geopolitical and economic uncertainty, particularly in certain international markets, has contributed to a more cautious hiring environment,” he said. “Even so, search activity remains healthy, and we continue to see opportunities across sectors and geographies.”

Caldwell’s board of directors also approved a 50 percent increase in the company’s quarterly dividend, declaring a dividend of $0.015 per common share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 20 and is scheduled to be paid Sept. 14.
