Caldwell Partners Recruits CEO for Foresters

May 1, 2014 – Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. has placed Anthony Garcia as the new president and chief executive officer of Foresters. Kelly Blair and Peter Reed, partners within Caldwell’s global insurance practice, handled the assignment. With more than 26 years of executive management and leadership experience in the U.S. life and annuity industry, Mr. Garcia was most recently president of Western and Southern Agency Group in Cincinnati.
