Caldwell Partners Adds to NY Office

March 18, 2011 – Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. has added Richard Stein as a partner based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Stein has more than 25 years of experience recruiting in financial services, with particular expertise in areas such as global markets, private banking, wealth management, risk and compliance, consumer banking, technology and operations. Prior to joining Caldwell, he was senior partner of the North Atlantic at Global Sage, a boutique firm specializing in financial services search and leadership. While there, he built and ran the Americas and European arm of the Hong Kong-based firm, focusing the North American franchise on executive search, corporate intelligence and management assessment. Previously, Mr. Stein was a senior client partner in the capital markets practice at Korn/Ferry International. Before that, he founded Futures International, which later merged with the Whitney Group. John N. Wallace, the firm’s CEO, said he planned to continue making “strategic additions” to enhance the firm’s overall platform.
