August 29, 2012 – The Buller Group, a human capital services and recruiting firm, has launched The Certified Veteran Recruiter (CVR) Program, a new industry accredited, two-day training course that provides professional recruiters with the expertise needed for skillful veteran talent acquisition. The CVR Program is designed to establish competency in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle as they pertain to the military veteran job candidate. “The CVR Program incorporates all of the elements necessary for employer success, including networking with local veteran employment resources, as well as helping Wounded Warriors which is particularly important to all of us at The Buller Group,” said Emily King, vice president of military transitions. In addition, The Buller Group partnered with Walter Reed Military Medical Center to incorporate a group of severely wounded service members, adding real-time career application for both participants and Veterans.
