Buller Group Appoints President of Cleared Human Capital Solutions Business Unit

January 7, 2014 – The Buller Group, a human capital services and recruiting firm, has named James M. Monastero as executive vice president of The Buller Group and president of its cleared human capital solutions business unit. As president, Mr. Monastero will focus his expertise on integrating and customizing the business unit's two primary services, security-clearance recruiting and subcontracting, to support critical intelligence, cybersecurity and defense initiatives.
