Bryant Group Appoints Vice President

February 2, 2026 – Dallas-based executive search and talent development firm Bryant Group has named Nick Miller as vice president and consultant. “Growth only matters if it strengthens what you stand for and how you serve,” said Sally Bryant, CEO of Bryant Group. “At Bryant Group, our work begins with relationships—and Nick is exactly that kind of leader: a natural connector with the discipline, follow-through and service mindset to build long-term trust with executives doing mission-critical work.”

Mr. Miller brings deep experience in consultative relationship development and new business growth. Before joining Bryant Group, he served as an associate in new business development at Huron/Advancement Resources, where he grew new client relationships and built long-term partnerships with non-profit organizations nationwide. He managed a portfolio of 75+ organizations ranging from eight to 300+ FTEs and approximately $3 million to $250 million+ in annual operating budgets—and collaborated with internal subject matter experts to shape tailored training engagements, aligning solutions to priorities, timing and resources.

Mr. Miller also strengthened Salesforce data quality and reporting, translating activity and pipeline trends into clear, actionable insights for leadership. Earlier in his career, he founded and led KNM Productions (later sold), building a reputation for high-touch service and operational excellence. Mr. Miller recruited and led event teams, scaled systems, and delivered premium experiences that continue to inform his approach to stewardship and relationship management.

In his new role, Mr. Miller will help Bryant Group strengthen and steward relationships with senior leaders while supporting the firm’s continued growth in executive search and leadership development—work rooted in service, alignment and emotionally intelligent leadership.
