Brooke Chase Associates Recruits HR Leader for Wellborn Cabinet
December 4, 2020 – Joseph McElmeel, chairman and CEO of Sarasota, FL-based executive recruiter Brooke Chase Associates, has announced that his firm helped place Lisa Mahon as director of human resources for Wellborn Cabinet in Ashland, AL. Richard Mohrman led the assignment.
With extensive experience in human resource management, Ms. Mahon most recently held the position of senior human resources manager – manufacturing with H-E-B. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing scope and responsibility with Snyder’s-Lance in plant and regional human resources leadership. Ms. Mahon is certified in human resources management with Villanova University.
As the director of human resources, Ms. Mahon will oversee, proactively develop and implement creative and best practices programs in human resources, compliance, and wage and benefits. She will function as a business advisor to senior management at Wellborn Cabinet regarding key organizational and human resource management issues.
A well-established, vertically integrated manufacturer of semi-custom cabinetry, Wellborn Cabinet, came from humble beginnings in the early 1960s to become the kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer it is today.
