Brooke Chase Associates Fills Key Post for Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute

July 20, 2020 – Joseph McElmeel, chairman and CEO of Sarasota, FL-based executive recruiter Brooke Chase Associates, has announced that his firm helped place Grant Dow as vice president of field services for Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute. Executive recruiter Richard Miller led the assignment.

With an extensive background in management and operations, Mr. Dow most recently held the position of director of sales-U.S. with CB Supplies LTD. In this role he was responsible for piping products sold through two-step distribution using local manufacturer rep agencies. Before that, Mr. Dow held senior roles with ACO Inc., HomeFront Software, NIBO and Webstone Value Co.

As vice president of field services for Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute, Mr. Dow will provide leadership to a team of regional representatives, who are responsible for educating plumbing industry participants about the benefits of cast iron soil pipe and fittings. He will develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures in support of strategic initiatives. Mr. Dow will be tasked with the recruitment and development of qualified representatives to educate plumbing industry participants.

He is responsible for developing new business, managing client relations, and conducting executive searches.
