Broadbean Technology Signs Deal with Manpower

June 24, 2009 – Broadbean Technology has signed a five year agreement to become the worldwide supplier of Manpower‘s online job advert distribution and response tracking technology. Broadbean’s technology platform will support multiple Manpower global brands and business lines, including Manpower, Manpower Professional, Manpower Business Solutions and Elan. Manpower benefits will include increased efficiency and speed for its workforce, client satisfaction, and more effective management of costs. Broadbean’s technology automates the process of placing adverts on job boards and tracks the source of all applicants. The multilingual system will be rolled out across Manpower’s operations in North America and Europe; internal sources say that plans are being developed for further reach across the U.K., Europe, U.S., Canada, and Asia. Manpower has operations in more than 80 countries. “With Broadbean and a single global platform, we can pull together all of our global candidate data on one report – allowing us to analyze talent pools from around the world,” said Kate Donovan, managing director of Manpower Business Solutions.
