Bridge Folds Search Business Into Stanton Chase

February 25, 2014 – Los Angeles-based healthcare recruiter Bridge Executive Corporation has merged its permanent search division into Stanton Chase International. Anthony V. Pfannkuche, Ph.D., founder and chief executive officer of Bridge, and Martin Cooper, a senior director with the firm, have joined Stanton Chase as directors and will work out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. “The merger with Bridge Executive’s permanent retained search division will strengthen the Stanton Chase position as one of the leaders in the healthcare and information technology sectors,” said Edward J. Savage, managing director of Stanton Chase’s Los Angeles office. “This merger is an investment in building the national reach and capability of the Stanton Chase healthcare practice group.” Late last year, Stanton Chase merged Nashville-based Johnston Healthcare Search into its healthcare sector practice group.
