BrainWorks Appoints Practice Leader – Go-To-Market Search, Private Equity/Insurance and Financial Services

May 22, 2023 – Warren, NJ-based executive search firm BrainWorks expanded with the addition of Liam Garrity as the national practice leader – go-to-market search, private equity/insurance and financial services. “We welcome Liam Garrity to our BrainWorks team,” the search firm said. “Liam joins as the national practice leader – go-to-market search, private equity/insurance and financial services. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Mr. Garrity was an employee benefits broker. As an outside sales representative, he finished in the top 10 percent of sales representatives 12 years in a row at Sun Life Financial and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Mr. Garrity later transitioned to recruiting in 2017, working with a boutique executive search firm in the Atlanta market. During this time, he gained recruiting experience before moving to Korn Ferry/Lucas Group from 2018 through 2023. 

Since 1991, BrainWorks has been providing executive recruiting services in the practice areas of private equity, consumer products, decision sciences and analytics, market research, and relationship marketing. The firm focuses on the recruiting needs of C-level and sub C-level management specifically within private equity and Fortune companies.
