Boyden Recruits COO for SEI

July 17, 2012 – Boyden has placed Robert Behler as chief operating officer at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). Tim McNamara, managing director of Boyden’s Washington DC office, led the search. Before joining the Software Engineering Institute, Mr. Behler was president and CEO of SRC, a not-for-profit research and development corporation with a for-profit manufacturing subsidiary. SEI works closely with defense and government organizations, industry, and academia to continually improve software-intensive systems. Boyden is an executive search firm with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries.
