Boyden Opens Global Financial Officers Practice

October 26, 2012 – Boyden has launched a global financial officers practice and appointed Simon Bailey to be its head. Mr. Baily, a partner of Boyden based in the U.K., has 20 years' experience focusing on CFO and financial management assignments working with multinational businesses. The global financial officers practice is dedicated to the assessment and appointment of CFOs and senior finance executives in functions that include financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury, tax, corporate development, control/audit and risk. The practice will be supported by more than a dozen recruiters in the CFO and financial officer function across Boyden's offices in EMEA, Asia/Pacific and the Americas.
