Boyden Names CFO

January 19, 2012 – Boyden has promoted Lydia Reitano promoted to chief financial officer, corporate secretary and treasurer. In addition, Dana Rutty has been appointed assistant corporate secretary. Ms. Reitano, who previously served as Boyden's VP of finance, will now oversee all financial activities of Boyden. "Lydia brings superior financial acumen and an impressive record of successful strategic and operational execution to her new role," said Trina Gordon, president and CEO of Boyden.
