Boyden Hires Principal in Global Board Practice

June 10, 2009 – Executive search firm Boyden has added Sarah K. Stewart to the firm as a principal in the firm's global board practice. She will be based in Pittsburgh and work closely with Tom Flannery, managing director of Boyden Pittsburgh. In her career with two other international executive search firms, Ms. Stewart has placed more than 300 board members for major organizations including Deutsche Bank N.A., DuPont, McGraw-Hill Companies, Massachusetts Mutual, Pfizer, Quest Diagnostics, and Wilmington Trust Company. "Sarah's arrival at Boyden is a tremendous boost to our firm's global board practice," said Mr. Flannery. "Her expertise in corporate governance, board evaluation and management succession will be particularly important for clients that are currently restructuring their leadership teams for long-term success."
