Boyden Expands to Quebec

March 1, 2015 – Executive search firm Boyden will open a new office in Montreal this week, expanding its presence in one of the fastest growing search markets in North America. Roger T. Duguay, a former managing partner of Odgers Berndtson in Montreal, will lead Boyden’s new team there. In the past year, more than 100 search professionals have joined Boyden in Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver giving the firm one of the largest recruitment platforms in the region. According to data compiled by HSZ Media, the Canadian search market in 2014 enjoyed fees exceeding $150 million-plus. “Canada is one of the most important talent markets worldwide,” said Scott A.
