Boyden CEO Chris Clarke Steps Down

December 2, 2010 – Chris Clarke is stepping down from his responsibilities as president and CEO of Boyden Global Executive Search. Trina Gordon, chairman and managing director of Boyden Chicago, has been named interim chief of the firm. Dr. Gerhard Raisig, a member of Boyden’s board of directors, will serve as interim chairman. “On behalf of all of our partners and associates, we extend our gratitude in recognition of Chris’ 11 years of service and contributions to Boyden,” said Ms. Gordon. “Through his leadership and direction, Boyden has remained at the forefront of our industry as a leading global retained executive search firm.” The board of directors will initiate a search for a new president and CEO effective immediately. The search will be led by board members Jim Hertlein, managing director of Boyden Houston, Brian Renwick, managing director of Boyden China, and Dr. Raisig, managing partner of Boyden Germany. Boyden is an executive search firm with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries.
