Boyden Adds New Managing Directors

October 3, 2013 – Boyden has added Peter Santora as a managing partner based in Southern California and Paul Moran as a managing partner in Boston. Mr. Santora will direct his efforts on strengthening market-focused client services for the West Coast, including but not limited to California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. He previously was a senior client partner and managing director for Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Moran will serve as a member of Boyden’s technology practice and will focus on talent acquisition and retention. He brings 25 years of experience in talent acquisition in a variety of functional positions including C-suite, general management, professional services, sales, marketing, finance and engineering positions. Mr. Moran has serviced clients in multiple industries including technology, finance, healthcare, clean technology and professional services.
