Borderless Extends Leadership Team

May 30, 2014 – Brussels-based Borderless Executive Search has appointed Anne Nierinck as an equity partner. Ms. Nierinck has more than 15 years of expertise in executive search in the life sciences sector, finding leaders for international corporations in biotech, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. “For the past 15 years Anne has consistently contributed to the development of Borderless, first as a top delivery consultant and in the last seven years as a successful client partner,” said Els De Cremer, co-founder and managing director. “In appointing Anne as a partner, we not only recognize her ability to develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of major clients, but also her positive contribution to the management of the firm overall and commitment to its future.” Borderless has also added Andrei Costache, a U.S.-based search consultant with expertise in finding leaders for international corporations. He previously served as a director at Boyden and has worked extensively both in the U.S. and Eastern Europe covering the industrial, consumer and financial services sectors.
