BlueSteps Partners with 85 Broads

November 19, 2012 – BlueSteps, a career management service of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), has formed a partnership with 85 Broads, a global women’s network whose mission is to generate professional and social value for its members. BlueSteps will offer members of 85 Broads career management tools and services developed for executives, connecting them with AESC member search firms globally. This partnership is reflective of the AESC and BlueSteps’ support for gender diversity in recruitment, and their focus on assisting female executives in their pursuit of key board and leadership roles. “Through our partnership with BlueSteps, successful, high-achieving women in our global network will have the opportunity to dramatically increase their eligibility to join great corporate boards.
