Bench International Names SVP

July 24, 2012 – Global executive search firm Bench International has named Catherine Balin as a senior vice president. Ms. Balin will help lead Bench's retained executive search and strategic human resources consulting activities. With more than three decades of experience with talent identification and human resources strategic planning in industries including healthcare and financial services, she was previously a vice president for EXTTI, Incorporated, a California-based human resources consulting firm. There, she serves as a human resource consultant for a variety of industries, including global life sciences. Prior to EXTTI, she worked with Bench for 11 years.
