Mr. Kapoor has led partner and executive searches for global professional services firms, the Big Four, management consulting and IT services organizations, and high-growth SaaS and fintech companies. His work spans key leadership roles in financial services, including client partner, digital strategy, digital engineering, analytics, risk, regulatory compliance, and M&A (transaction advisory services).
Before joining Beecher Reagan, Mr. Kapoor was a founding member and senior partner at Kingsley Gate, where he built and led the professional and technology services practice. Earlier in his career, he held senior recruitment roles with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, KPMG, Scient, and NTT.
