Ms. Enloe is a highly sophisticated legal professional with experience at two public medical supply organizations. Her role at Bio-Rad Laboratories marks her first position as general counsel. She has significant and broad experience providing legal and strategic business advice to large, multinational companies engaged in the provision of consumer and commercial goods and services in the healthcare, technology, industrial, manufacturing, and consumer products sectors with additional experience serving as the interim global head of government affairs. Most recently, Ms. Enloe served as deputy general counsel at 3M. In this role, she led the global litigation, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, environmental/health & safety, and labor and employment teams and served as a trusted advisor to executive management and the board of directors for a Fortune 100, $32 billion multinational conglomerate with over 90,000 employees and sales in more than 200 countries.
